House Vorgartenstrasse

Steiner Residences Vienna Vorgartenstrasse is in a new Viennese residential house in second district close to Danube River and Prater park. It is only 15 minutes away from city center with public transportation, Metro Line 1. Just around the corner many grocery stores and restaurants.The nearest public parking is about 800 meters away for a fee of only 10 Euro per day, or 25 Euro per week.

The Apartments are designed and renovated as vacation rental apartments in 2020 with the goal to offer utmost comfort. We have included all what one can need for a short and long-term stays in apartments, including free WIFI, Smart-TV, a well equipped kitchen and utensils, safe, hair dryer, washing machine, and ironing facility. Welcome Drinks, Linens and Towels are included and the final cleaning fee is also included in the prices. We do not offer any stay over cleaning services. 

House Nestroyplatz

Steiner Residences Vienna Nestroyplatz is located in a classic Viennese residential building in Vienna’s charming 2nd district. Just minutes from the city center, Prater Park, and the Danube Canal, this location offers the perfect blend of tranquility and urban convenience.

Excellent public transport connections are just around the corner on Praterstraße, where you'll find metro stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. A public parking garage is only 150 meters away, available for just €12 per day.

• Renovated in 2021, our apartments were designed with both vacationers and long-term guests in mind. They offer modern comfort in a historical setting, combining thoughtful amenities with the charm of classic Vienna.

House Reumannplatz

Steiner Residences Vienna Reumannplatz is located in a newly renovated charming traditional Viennese residential building in Vienna’s 10th district, just steps away from the beautiful Anton Park. The Central Train Station, the historic Belvedere Palace, and Vienna’s vibrant city center are all easily accessible with in 10 minutes thanks to excellent public transport connections nearby.

Just around the corner, the Favoriten Shopping Mile invites you to explore hundreds of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Public parking is available nearby for €12 per day or €50 per week, and you'll also find convenient access to the underground, trams, buses, and taxis.

The apartments were newly renovated in June 2022 and are thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay — whether for a short visit or a longer-term stay.

Major destinations such as Westfield Shopping City Süd, Wiener Neudorf, and Vösendorf can be reached within 5–10 minutes, making the property an ideal base for corporate stays in the southern Vienna region. Street parking is available free of charge where not restricted, and paid on-site parking can be arranged for long-term stays, subject to availability.
